An accomplished leader, mentor, and coach, Angela thrives on bringing order to chaos through her unique blend of strategic guidance, workforce planning, and groundbreaking implementations. Her journey is a testament to her commitment to elevating organizations to new heights of efficiency and success.
As a dynamic leader, Angela has etched her mark in building high-performing teams, orchestrating large-scale implementations, and propelling operational excellence to unprecedented levels. Early in her career, Angela was a pivotal contributor to a project that pioneered the transmission of data, telephony, and media through fiber optics vs cable – now globally known as FiOS. In 2009, she ventured into the healthcare industry, where her global impact expanded by joining an international division supporting Brazil, France, and Australia. Her hands-on involvement in setting up a Healthcare contact center in Brazil in 2015 reflects her dedication to making a difference on a global scale.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Angela is deeply immersed in non-profit endeavors. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Woodlands Foundation in Wexford, PA, member of the Advanced Leadership Institute (TALI) alumni headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, a founding member of the Empowerment Generation Development Corporation, and holding a ministerial role in the National Association of the Church of God, in West Middlesex, PA, Angela embodies the spirit of giving back.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, advanced studies in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, and pursuing her Master’s Degree in Business, Angela is a lifelong learner. Her commitment to excellence is further exemplified by her Executive Leadership Academy Certificate of Completion from the Advanced Leadership Institute at the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business.
In her role as the CEO/Chief Designer of AMRJ Shoe Designs, Angela channels her creativity into crafting designer shoes handmade in Italy. Married to her childhood sweetheart David James and a proud mother of 3 children and grandmother to 6 grandchildren, Angela seamlessly blends her personal and professional worlds.
Growing up as the daughter of a Bishop, Angela witnessed the impact of operations in religious and non-profit organizations. This experience fueled her dream—to share her corporate knowledge with organizations that could benefit the most. What started as a dream has evolved into a driving passion, encompassing religious institutions, small businesses, not-for-profits, and corporations of all sizes.
